Once chosen, their order is sent to a tablet / printer behind the bar and the guest is charged via their credit/debit card or Apple Pay (this will require a merchant gateway which we can organise for you at the lowest rates in the industry*).

The process is simple. Your customers visit your website, no app required! Your website is responsive, which means it changes its look and layout depending on the screen size of the device viewing it. Your menu will look and perform just as good on a mobile device as it does on a tablet or desktop device.
Your customers can add items from your menu to their cart and checkout securely using a debit/credit card ALL ONLINE. You can even add multiple payment gateways for your customers so they can choose their preferred payment method (debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay etc).
Once an order has been placed, our backend software will print out a copy of the order and your staff can then process it accordingly. The process is simple for your customers as they use your website to place an order, just like they would with Amazon. The process is familiar to your customers and ensures a contactless environment.
Our checkout page is fully customisable so we can add any additional information. This means we can add a table number field to the checkout page and guest will be required to choose the table number they are seated at before they can place an order through your website. We can also add other fields easily and quickly which means we can respond to any future requirements that may be pushed on to you from the government. Need to take down the name and address of all the people in your party (yes, this is one thing the government is discussing)? No problem, we can create fields on the checkout page for that.
Since the announcement that contactless is now a requirement for any hospitality business the damand for contactless ordering systems has skyrocketed.
